Well, what a year it was: 2022.
Like many of our clients we had one of our best years in terms of revenues and volume. We engaged with some exciting new clients. We expanded our programs for existing clients and had successfully effective 2nd and 3rd cycles.
We launched three new products which we foresee as being strategically valuable for companies in 2023 and beyond:
A hybrid Sales and Service program.
A factory-based program for manufacturing and shop personal facing affiliates or daughter companies.
Management programs for Sales, Service and Parts managers.
We launched a new and well-received module: How to Give Bad New Again and Again and Again.
We were truly global. We conducted programs and sessions in: Germany, USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Panama, Colombia, Australia, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, UK, Iceland, Austria, Italy, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, and South Africa!
So, here at Catalyst Global, we will enjoy a short break with our friends and families. We will recharge our batteries be ready for 2023.
