First time Right / Fix
First Time Right/Fix is a concept ensuring that a procedure is performed the right way the first time and every time. FTR/FTF means that there is no re-work is necessary. Implementing FTR/FTF prevents product deficiencies and increases customer satisfaction.

EQ – Emotional Quotient (Emotional Intelligence)
EQ is a measure of emotional intelligence. It is the ability to perceive emotions and to use this to assist thinking, understanding and managing emotions. It’s often about putting yourself in the other person’s shoes.
In this module we cover:

Why it’s important
How to connect with your emotions to make informed decisions
How to become aware of difficult situations and how to respond with empathy
How to better identify your natural reactions and in turn, how to better manage these emotions.
How to apply EQ daily in sales or service capacities.
Cultural Awareness
Cultural Awareness is the ability to be sensitive to the similarities and differences between different cultures in order to develop more effective, competent and respectful communications. Many of our global clients have sales and service teams spanning the globe – adjusting our approach is paramount to effective communication and positive interactions.
